Our Doctors

Martin O. Eng moved to Elk River in 1996 after graduating from the Chiropractic College of Life University (Marietta, GA). Soon after, he established Lighthouse Chiropractic Health Center where he has been caring for patients for over 26 years. Dr. Eng and his wife have nine children and seven grandchildren.  Some of the children have followed in his footsteps with their own passion for helping patients and work along side their dad.  Dr. Eng specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of problems that affect the alignment of the muscles and bones of the body. He uses a variety of techniques to adjust the spinal column.  Dr. Eng believes that good spinal health care begins with proper nutrition, exercise and regular chiropractic adjustments.  His goal is to help people regain their health through natural means. He also works with other doctors who specialize in different areas so that all patients receive the best possible care.

Dr. James Dietz received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN in 2015. He is highly experienced in diversified adjusting and uses both manual and activator techniques. He has experience with patients as young as two days old to those in their 90's and has worked with clients on everything ranging from wellness and pain management to rehab for veterans disabled overseas to those seeking non-opioid therapy. Dr. Dietz is passionate about helping others. One of his greatest accomplishments has been helping a disabled veteran recover to the point that he was able to return to work for the first time in 40 years. Dr. James lives in Eden Prairie with his wife, Wynette, and his daughters Zoe and Melanie. He enjoys hiking and the outdoors.
